Kenwood Lee House reimagines the classic double-fronted villa in Highgate’s Conservation Area, integrating modern design with respect for local heritage. This 3-story, 5-bedroom home features a substantial basement extending beneath the garden, where a luxury pool enhances the property’s lifestyle appeal.

A triple-height board-marked concrete core anchors the home, highlighted by a striking cantilever staircase and expansive glazing that frames views of surrounding woodlands. This distinctive architecture, celebrated with the 2019 RIBA London award, combines contemporary aesthetics with thoughtful material transitions.

With a commitment to precise detailing, each element of the home emphasises craftsmanship. Collaborating closely with the client, who also served as the project’s contractor, enabled the seamless integration of tactile finishes and custom metalwork.
