The structural design centres around a robust reinforced concrete frame, which not only provides exceptional structural integrity but also serves as the architectural interior finish. The fair-faced board-mark concrete enhances the aesthetic appeal, showcasing the raw beauty of industrial materials while creating a sophisticated urban ambiance.

This approach allows for open, flexible spaces within the split-level apartments, seamlessly integrating the building's functional and aesthetic elements while maintaining a connection to its Bermondsey context.
